Yohan Yukiya Seseㆍ사요한・謝雪矢I keep noticing how reputable individuals (scientists; professors; etc) are using “PHT” instead of the law-mandated “PST” and “PhST” for the Philippine Standard Time.
“PST” is confusing for us that deals with American clients & “PhST” is weird.
Law makers really don't do research.
