ZonzThere were no houses being built in Tlaxcala, so Talifico Guarch did the only thing he could: he mosied on down to Horseshoe Bay, TX, and built lake houses for oil executives. After four years, Talifico saved up enough money to buy a Honda Pilot and a belt sander, moved back to Tlaxcala, and was imprisoned for drunk driving. Mexican authorities impounded his new Pilot and never returned it.
