I feel like the galaxy brain play to comply with actual laws would be to let him board the plane, divert to Geneva. Only because there's a lot of weirdness with what is diplomatic soil with invited (GOD why the fuck was he INVITED) people written into US law. Some shit about presumption that he's effectively his own embassy (on his own soil) while present, basically. I don't know how much legal water that holds.

Also I think it would be hilarious to have a flight tracker.
