As I came on shift yesterday, my coworker was expounding upon how disgusted she was that another coworker had used a bowl from the cupboard to provide water for her dog during an overnight shift.

She was so disgusted that she put the bowl next to the trashcan under the kitchen sink and freaked out when I went to pick it up.

I explained that the dishwasher gets so hot that it would be sanitized after a wash cycle.

She thought I was completely unhinged.
