Kirinn B.Going straight into #LMMS or #FLStudio feels like jumping in the deep end. A decade or two ago I would have recommended taking a few weeks or months inspecting #tracker MODs or #MIDI files, taking them apart to see how the songs were put together, and then imitating and improvising on them until you have something new that you like the sound of; that's what I did.
But maybe modern #music #composing tools are so good that even without prior experience it's possible to quickly start producing interesting results?.. I wish I could offer something more useful.
