They have 1 wheelchair lift...in a shuttle bus.
This means this public university has made no preparation for wheelchair using students to be taking field trips, to be doing field work, to use fleet vehicles to get to academic events across the state...
Yet CA doesn't tell disabled ppl that they don't have to pay taxes because they're not considered part of the public.
