- Embed this notice@kaia nah, this happens anytime I wake up extremely early and somewhat sleep deprived like before everyone wakes up and a lot of noise (and if I am forced to wake in anoisy environment I feel shitty and headspun for hours and end up in regressive habits like watching meaningless videos)
maybe sleeo deprivation and being half asleep and confused about an hour before waking (like so disassociated my brain is confusing reality with video game controls or something) that whatever is going on in my brain is kinda like the affects of stimulant drugs, or just moreso that the peaceful environment combined with sleep deprivation and whatever thing is bothering me forced me to not go in the pattern of overthinking and intense personal monologue and being forced to wake up and do something
like one thing I observed is if I force myself to read or do somethign productive after I wake up after an evening nap I am able to focus much better despite not being fully awake and very groggy and dehydrated and afterwards I am generally much more alert and awake than usual
