    I’m not arguing for an open convetion, but I think the fear and apprehension about an open Democratic convention is overhyped and overplayed.

    Sure they’ve never led to victories in the past. But if, as I believe, the threat from the other side is existential and the circumstances so dire I don’t think we can apply history lessons in the same way this time around.
