@Inginsub Yes, "EULAs" typically have a disclaimer of warranty, as most suckers buy it and believe they can't sue no matter what (this is true for most small businesses as they don't have the funds).

They are in fact liable as it was caused by their own gross incompetence and a big business would be able to sue for damages no matter what the proprietary license says.
