seungjinCao lầu originates from here, Hội An. It was not food for the poor; rather, it was a dish for higher-ranking officials. It has a very special recipe that distinguishes these noodles from many other Vietnamese noodles. This restaurant, Quán Cao Lầu Thanh, is one of the few restaurants that still follow its authentic recipe.
