@icedquinn@blob.cat a large company being so tight lipped about it seems really sketch to me. and it seems to me the actual benefits of MQA come down to mastering help, even though it's not actually a lossless product. and I've heard that MQA also causes audible artifacting.
if their product is truly perfect then they shouldn't have to be tight lipped, provide test audio for engineers to see for themselves in hi-res FLAC and MQA's standard, etc.
audiophiles are highly likely to believe that snake oil does something, when they're just being separated from their money.
