tl;dr: Security company rolled an update to their security product, which uses a Windows driver. This update causes a crash on Windows that causes a bug check (bsod), this update affects all Windows servers using this product, including Microsoft Azure. Everyone who is using any of the affected services, or a service using any of these services, is affected.

And now banks, shops, government agencies, etc etc, are being affected and are suffering outtages so the world is in chaos rn.
