That's an improvement (although not enough) and if that can be nudged Northeast or hard North even moreso.
I guess the question is whether incrementalism is acceptable when things have gotten this bad, particularly when the GOP had their hand in things. I do think a transactional view is fine, and conditional support of people who move things in a LESS BAD direction with the caveat that it actually have net benefits for the USA and not be Israeli first masquerading as 'Merica.
