They believed they could wrangle White productivity rates out of pajheet with AI enhancement. What they couldn't calculate do to their anti-bias training was AI only had 10 maybe 15% increase of productivity to deliver and Pajheets deliver +30% dysfunction. They are in a hole economically. THIS is the only reason they have dismissed the DEI departments. :indiancallcenter:
