I should get in the habit of having the camera ready when I check the sun oven, because I would like to share with you the steam coming out when I open it, even on a day like this.

The carnitas was sold pre-cooked so the browning on it was how it came. It's not a sunny enough day to attempt to brown meat in this oven. But it's sufficient to get something hot enough again to enjoy.
