@Frondeur @IAMAL_PHARIUS @BloodLibel @sickburnbro I've tried to look into this briefly but it was after search engines became useless. Maybe I could try again today now that AI search exists. As far as I know it was something setup for USPS to make shipping to America more affordable and China kind of got a special provision carved out.
