@graf @TrevorGoodchild that's a good question. The problem is we have to look at the question from not knowing what happened. So they had to assume that there could have been a shooter in the crowd. I can't find information on how many people were there, but lets assume 5,000. How many agents do you need to cover those people? Then you need to also pay attention to the area that appeared to be forested as well.
