"Schnellheit". ("schnell" means "fast" or "speedy". And "-heit" makes it a noun that describes the state of being speedy.)
Though, I'd have translated it as "fastness". The more common translation for "speed" is "Geschwindigkeit" ("geschwind" means "quick" - from "schwinden", meaning "to disappear" - and "-keit" makes is a noun that describes speed as a measurable thing). I wonder what the Dutch version would be...
