@Billy_Hughes @Humpleupagus @Sergio4ever @Dan_Hulson @ForbiddenDreamer @lpheathen2 These are women who on one hand won the lottery so they're much better off than their contemporaries as they married a guy who had several more decades to acquire assets, and since he was able to score a young bride, probably copious assets. OTOH, the woman walks around with the knowledge that everyone knows the score, that she lets an icky old man sweat all over her in between her trips of driving him to pick up his heart meds at the pharmacy. My experience has been that they feel that they HAVE to make the asset side of the equation clear to everyone all the time, that they aren't humiliating themselves for free.
