CJThis probably isn't an original thought, but I just realized that another way to look at Project 2025 that the Heritage Group wrote for former President Trump is that it's an inditement of how unprepared and incompetent he was in his first term. Maybe that's how Trump will see it, so he'll purposely avoid implementing it since he doesn't want it to look like he's someone's puppet.
