@kyouu I would want to do it myself anyways. half the reason I for a long time had no interest in prog was because I wasn't aware of a way of taking it that I could realistically make myself. you can buy the powder but making a capsule is kind of annoying and idk how they make the prog gel stuff that is in the capsules. but then I found out recently that buying powder is super easy and also was like wait why does no one ever talk about doing it nasally

I'm prog-skeptical but if I can access it easily and cheaply without a prescription and make it myself I'll try it
