    Harris won the San Francisco DA, California Attorney General, and California Senator elections.

    Obama won the Illinois State Senator, and Senator from Illinois elections.

    Swapping candidates at this point is not smart. But pretending that Kamala is not the most qualified replacement, requires suspension of all previously agreed upon criteria.
