@triodug one day the menu is just gonna be no food. we'll seat guests and everything and then give them like 45 minutes with a menu thats just a blank sheet of paper and then the waiter will come back and take the menus and say "your food will be out shortly" and then we just keep them at the table for 2 hours and then give them a $500 bill
