One of the metrics I keep thinking about is so basic—but speaks so strongly to the fundamental difference in the way each treats every American.

If there’s a disaster, we know for a fact Biden’s messaging and actions will focus solely on the welfare of its victims. We also know for a fact Trump’s messaging and actions will be entirely filtered through a focus on himself.

That’s what we’re voting for. Underlying values that inform staffing and direction of crisis management—and everything else.
