Jens Glad Balchen@TheWarOnCars Whether you call it cyclist inferiority complex like Forester or Stockholm syndrome like me, there's certainly a -- perhaps subconscious, but nonetheless forceful -- mindset in which cyclists are subordinate to motorists. I can't see that this has changed noticably in my part of the world since Forester's time.
