As an avid bike advocate (pun intended), I recognise many of the issues and concerns that seem to be the motivation behind Forester's proposals, even if I disagree that vehicular cycling is the solution. We struggle with these issues to this day. There's been very little substantial change (that I can see) from what is described in this book.
