Thanks for the challenge anon! My first instinct for delicious food with no cheese is Asian food! So I prepped these Mongolian-inspired stir fry. They contain baby corn, broccoli, carrot, pineapple, spinach, garlic, green onion, and beef top round strips and for noodles I like those big Udon ones. As prepared here each bowl is about 560 calories. Sauce and oil is like 200 calories of that. No cheese!
