Wow, Intuit makes you call and speak with a hostile agent to downgrade your QuickBooks plan. I was told that I can only downgrade with the agent on the phone and if I downgraded without her then she would lose her job. Dafuq kind of scare tactic is that? I'd prefer to churn at this point, and if that's not feasible right now I'll downgrade.
I will NEVER recommend QB in the future.
