Covert Cabal and his friend are updating how they classify Russian tanks. Tanks were plentiful before but now fall into categories of "decent," "poor," or "worst," needing extensive repairs due to neglect. Approximately 20% are decent, needing serious repairs, 50% are in poor condition and neglected, and 30% are nearly impossible to repair.
