It is just the most recent variation of the Heritage Foundation's Far Right vision papers that have been active since the 1970's. </p><p>And, strangely enough, what ended up as the Affordable Care Act (aka "Obamacare") began as a "free-market" based subsidized privately based healthcare proposal first piloted in Massachusetts by then GOP governor Mitt Romney, and borne by...the Heritage Foundation!! </p><p>Life. Ummmmm....not quite.
