    I assess if a #LEADER is #INSPIRING in 2 ways:

    1. Do they take ownership of mistakes & do something meaningful to fix them?

    2. Can they assess, w/out ego trumping their #integrity (pun intended), when to pass the torch w/ #patriotic enthusiasm to someone capable.

    #Biden has served w/ the intent to put #America before personal gain & did an impressive job in the wake of a #Trump disaster. I believe he will choose to step aside to put the country & #Democracy 1st.
