Finish all of your assigned work early? You better make yourself look busy and pretend you are still working, because if the production director sees you, the foreman will get chewed out for slacking off. Literally what the fuck am I supposed to do? Continue working WITHOUT the parts I need to assemble shit? Because warehouse isn't bringing anymore before my shift ends, since those parts don't physically exist yet.
I got my ear chewed off a number of times because I was apparently supposed to stand in front of an empty QC window, instead of sitting down to wait for another part to arrive (sometimes the interval between one part leaving QC and another coming in was 3+ minutes)
