Glenn@heidilifeldman What the SCOTUS has done is left them room to operate in an *entirely* partisan way. If Trump or any Republican needs immunity in the future, then Presidents have immunity. If Biden or any Democrat needs immunity the partisan justices on the court have room to rule that Presidents do not have immunity. They have set things up where the SCOTUS is the arbiter of what is and isn't an official act.
