As GNU coreutils depends on other parts of GNU and gives part of the GNU/freedom you would expect, a system with it installed and the kernel, Linux is GNU/Linux - but you may want to call it GNU/musl/Linux to point out that you're using a libc under a bad license and not the finest glibc.
