organizing won't become easier under total fascism. There's this idea (and I myself fell into it for a short while) that if things just get pared down to The Anarchists/The Communists/Both Of Us Together vs the nazis that all contradictions will vanish, no one will be apathetic/risk-averse when every moment is a fight for survival

if anything fighting for survival to the point we already are -induces- freeze and flop as trauma responses. Which can, yes, present as *apathy*
