@StillIRise1963 this is literally everyone's problem. Literally everyone wants the problems to be solved their way NOW. They have no clue about governance.
I have a problem at work and one that I knew about- I should have pushed back on it years ago. I am most likely NOT going to solve it for the person I want to solve it for now. I may not solve it at all, but I have been & will continue to push things in the right direction so MAYBE someone will say, hey this should change for the better.
