@Crystal_Fish_Caves @michaelsheetz It's certainly worth asking. You probably won't be alone. I'm only guessing but these thoughts come to mind:
* If ISS is no longer using that hardware, it would be a candidate for removal.
* If there's extra down-cargo capacity and available astronaut time to assign the task, those are the big hurdles.
* NASA might give higher priority to a request that will benefit schools and/or museums, i.e. presentations, public display. You must make good on any promises.
