So much of a problem that they have set up a debris reporting hotline!!  (I am sooo tempted to call it - but I'm sure they wouldn't answer any of my questions either)</p><p>I tried searching for this statement from NASA but the only source seems to be a screenshot of text on twitter (that a journalist sent me)</p><p>(...could it be a prank? Previously, in 2022, trunk debris from Crew-1 was discovered in AustraliaThere is another trunk currently i orbit attached to the Crew-5 Dragon on the ISS. Crew-5 is expected to return later this summer.During its initial design, the Dragon trunk was evaluated for re-entry breakup and was predicted to burn up fully.The information from the debris recovery provides an opportunity for teams to improve debris modeling.
