Embed Notice

Reminder to folks who participate in open source projects and want those projects to get coverage / eyeballs:

- Release announcements should describe whatever the project/release is/does. Don't assume readers know this.

- Release notes should be human-readable. That means describing new features and changes in a way that makes sense to potential users, not just contributors and existing users.

- Screenshots: If your application has a GUI, include some! Users want to see before downloading.
