    The Dodge boys weren't jews themselves, just Shabbos Goy. The town was run by The Purple Gang (https://detroithistorical.org/learn/encyclopedia-of-detroit/purple-gang) at the time, and they needed somebody to replace Ford when he started telling the truth about the jews. The Dodge boys were all too willing to play ball.
