@PeterPower @UnCL3 @graf @ColonReport The fact that the state isn't even trying to plead this down to a lesser charge and is just coming out of the gate with a death penalty charge tells me that this is so open and shut that it's not even worth distorting reality over. Plus if they don't slam the hammer down then this story will go Waukesha levels of viral and it would be a shit storm.
