That's a pretty clear mischaracterization of what that poster is saying in the multiple posts that have been linked here/likely reported to you. If you don't see the problem with that account's transmisia then that's a serious red flag.

A lot of these folks are graciously attempting to explain to you why they are taking action against that account on YOUR server to protect their users AKA cleaning up your mess, and you're getting defensive and nasty about it instead of apologizing and taking immediate action against the user.

Serious red flag number two.

Don't act shocked when people take action against your instance when this is the kind of behavior you as the admin are exhibiting. You should have seen this coming.
