だいはど 🚲ふくらはぎの痛みは（たぶん）完治し、風邪も（たぶん）ほぼ治ったので、ついに我慢できずライドに出てきました。天気いいんだもん。それにしても10日近く乗らなかったら、衰えてる。継続は大事だ。
