Recall wasn't done on a lark. It wasn't some rogue coder doing some shit. It passed through probably hundreds, maybe thousands of hands.

How many of those people made the "Yes" decision on it when they could have said "lol, no." Lots.

That's the thing to remember when companies do reprehensible things like this. It's part of their culture. This wasn't a mistake.

They won't change.
