All iOS versions are frauds, sadly.

It looks like there's a different/clone iOS app that's trying to pass itself off as the same thing (logo and all) and rake in subscriptions, and there's a .app domain squatting page making claims about an iOS version looks like it might be a malware threat vector, unfortunately.
