Feditext beta users: today's version 1.7.2 build 111 enables muting users in GotoSocial 0.16. it's recommended for all GtS users.

in closely related news, GtS has muting now, as of today's 0.16.0rc1: to add it to Feditext, Vyr had to add it to the backend first. you're welcome 😇

edit: please do not update to build 111 if you are using Mastodon/Glitch or Akkoma; it introduced a bug that prevents login. we'll be releasing a new build very soon.
