Checked on things again. Oven 225F, sky still intermittently cloudy...which is why it's only in the 80s today.
Beans started with a lot of water I assumed would boil off so when I added the birria, which has its own liquid, it got more stew-like. I'll likely have to boil off more liquid inside later, but I've left it out to cook more. #SolarCooking
