My father in law came to me today:

"Hey, I have some barley and wheat growing in the old chicken garden. Can we malt that?"

I have to get some literature to answer that question. But does anyone of you folks have an idea about that?

It looks like 2-row barley so technically if we figure out how to do it we should be able to make malt with that.
