@Gran3Walder They are not joking or trolling. Their system of justice (Pashtunwali) literally requires this. They just don't do incarceration except for brief periods until someone either makes restitution, gets flogged, or gets executed

Before the US got run out of their country they would periodically stage jailbreaks, let the prisoners get away . . . and then hunt them down to answer for their crimes
