I know about the third-party tutorials in the App Store, but the huge problem with that is you need to know how to use voiceover to download them in the first place.
Imagine if JAWS or NVDA didn't come with any built-in help and you had to learn how to use them through cobbling together what you read from various third-party websites and whatnot.
There is an iOS manual buried somewhere with a small VO section but it's next to useless.
